I have now taken three trips managed by Equity, and have found them to be professional, efficient, considerate, always easy to deal with and kind. The results of their experience have been excellent venues, with helpful staff, and we have always had the best fun!
The support we have always received from Equity has been fantastic. From the initial planning, through to the practicalities of actually running the trip, Equity staff are always available and willing to help.
The reassurance of working with a well-established company, with a proven reputation for school travel, is also extremely important to me. I know that Equity will have all the answers to questions parents ask, even if I don’t, and I know they will always prioritise the safety of our students above everything else.
After what felt like a very, very long time with Covid, it was nice to get out there again. All pupils returned home as better skiers, the progress our absolute beginners made was immense. We had an amazing trip which, considering all of the circumstances, I don't think could've gone any better! Thank you Equity, you have given our pupils some wonderful memories which they will keep forever.

This was an amazing trip, helped by the fact that Matt was there with us in New York and helped us on our itinerary. All students and staff had a thoroughly enjoyable week, in a time where there have been no school trips for the past two years. The students built their confidence, resilience, and independence throughout the week. We cannot thank the company and, in particular, our rep James enough for a brilliant week.
Everybody had a fantastic time. Walking past the students in the corridor, now that we're back at school, they always stop me and tell me how much they wish they could be back there. I always agree! Our instructors were all wonderful, supporting the students but also challenging them to push themselves further. Grandvalira was also amazing, with beautiful scenery and excellent facilities!
Charlotte Jay was an excellent rep in resort! She was very attentive to every detail and always present, going above and beyond to make sure that all details and requests were seen to, for example liaising with the hotel and airline to organise and accommodate changes. She developed an excellent rapport with all of the children; it was like having a third, very capable and experienced teacher on the entire trip with us. Her efforts certainly contributed to the success and enjoyment of the trip. She's very professional and personable, and a pleasure to get to know - thank you Charlotte!
A wonderful experience for all involved - thank you so much again for supporting us on getting this trip to run, even with Covid difficulties. All of my many, many questions were answered promptly, all bookings went off without a hitch, and I always knew that Andrew was at the end of an email or a phone call. Every aspect of the trip was thought of, and all aspects of our EBACC curriculum were touched on. The quality of the coach, the accommodation, and the excursions made this trip well worth the expense for our students.
The trip was brilliant! We got exactly what we asked for. It was easy to navigate the activities, we had all of our tickets, and the coaches were excellent with good, safe drivers. One of the bonuses was that we were completely supported in Italy, and Christine was amazing! She responded to questions immediately, came to see us every day, and sorted out slight changes in our schedule. She also knew the hosts at each of our trips and gave her honest opinions - she was always right. The boat trip in Capri was also brilliant! We had our own boat, with an expert skipper. Overall, the students really enjoyed the trip. I have been on other trips where teachers have to communicate with local drivers and navigate public transport, but this was easy.

"In challenging or unexpected situations, Equity consistently go above and beyond. During the Easter 2023 disruption in Calais, where we were delayed for over 36 hours, company directors travelled from Manchester to personally support us, providing meals for all staff and students, and arranging further accommodation and catering once we reached France. During the COVID lockdown in Andorra with a group of 50 students, they mobilised all available resources to ensure everyone returned home safely.
"On a more recent ski trip to Andorra, we were informed that the slopes we were scheduled to use were to be closed by ski patrol; however, our representative, Ewan, used his local knowledge and called in favours to arrange a free coach to an alternative resort, provide lunch for all students, and extend our lessons—ensuring no loss of experience for the group. Similarly, when a student was injured in Salzburg and we were unable to fly home, Equity remained in constant contact, provided financial support, arranged transport, and followed up afterwards, even organising onward travel once we were back in the UK.
"On another occasion, an area manager personally assisted me in accessing medical care abroad, using his local knowledge to ensure I received the best treatment.
