Early notification is important, as it allows us to assess the suitability of the itinerary, accommodation, excursions and other trip arrangements, and to consider any reasonable adjustments that may be required. Please note that some elements of the trip may not be suitable for all requirements, and once a trip has been confirmed, we may not always be able to make changes.
