Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid for educational or activity trips departing from 1st January 2025 and ski trips departing from 1st December 2025. To qualify for this offer you must book, confirm and have paid full first deposits by 5pm on 21st February 2025 and second deposits no later than 8 weeks later. Under this offer, a booking must have a minimum number of 30 full-paying passengers. The voucher is provided for the benefit of the school. The voucher will be despatched, within 28 days of second deposits being received, and will be equal to a the value of £500.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. As a condition of this offer, you must adhere to all payment terms set by Equity. This offer only applies to new bookings and is not applicable to cancelled bookings or for use in conjunction with any other offer, one voucher per booking.
Equity has the right to remove and cancel this promotion during this period; if an enquiry is live but not confirmed and the promotion is cancelled, the offer will be removed from the enquiry and will not be honoured.
