Travel Insurance
Travel
Insurance is something you always need but hope never
to use. If you are unfortunate enough to have to use
it, you want to be sure that yours is equal to the situation.
Therefore, we have arranged a comprehensive travel insurance
policy through The Travel Protection Group plc, which
is underwritten by Lloyds of London and provides first
class security. It is impossible for us to show the full
terms and conditions here, but a full copy of the wording
will be sent to you along with your booking confirmation.
Please take time to read your policy carefully, as
it constitutes the contract between you and the Underwriters.
If the cover provided does not meet your requirements,
or if you have any query about the insurance, Please
ring the Travel Protection Group Help Desk on 02084

and arrange additional or alternative cover if necessary.

•
BAGGAGE
& MONEY: Claims are based on the value of the goods
at the time they were lost and not on a "new for old

Losses from motor vehicles or public areas are excluded. Do
not leave baggage unattended. Please see "reasonable

POLICY
LIMITS: Your policy limits the amount the Insurer will

limits for any one article, the total of any valuables, and
cash. Expensive items such as video cameras should be insured
all year round under a Household or All Risks Insurance.

yourself and your property as if you were not insured.
•
CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION: Whilst the Travel Protection Group and the
Insurers will endeavour to give a first class service, it
is possible that you may be dissatisfied with the way in a
which a claim has been handled, in which case a complaints
procedure is detailed in the policy.
•
"COOLING

comprehensive school travel policy available. However, should
you need special extra cover The Travel Protection Group can
provide additional cover and a quotation and if you still
find that the policy does not meet your needs you can obtain
a full refund of premium. This must be done within 7 days
of confirming your booking, and before you travel or make
a claim.

HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES: If you are going to take part in hazardous
holiday activities, please check that your policy covers you.
You are covered for skiing and other winter activities.
•
UK
LAW: The contract will be subject to English Law unless
otherwise agreed.
