You can be sure of great conditions in this meticulous ski area just 2 1/2 hrs from Boston. Loon Mountain offers the perfect combination for school parties, with just the right amount and variety of skiing, plenty of activities and 3 other areas included on the pass. Bretton Woods is fantastic for beginners and is often used for the first couple of days. Waterville Valley is great for intermediates and Cannon Mountain has a good variety of challenging skiing. All are within a 30 minute drive. Loon Mountain has the best overall variety and is only 5 mins drive from our hotels. All transfers are included.

Originally a logging town, Loon (the name of the bird not a reflection on the locals) is possibly New Hampshire's best resort, winning awards for snow quality, grooming and lift efficiency. Nothing is too much trouble here and you will get a friendly smile from the lift operator on every ride!

Nearby Lincoln and Woodstock still display reminders of their fascinating pioneer history and have a wealth of shops and evening activity options. There is terrific-value "factory outlet" shopping with designer products at greatly reduced prices.
