 We
have chosen several great resorts where we run our own hotels
exclusively for Equity clients. You can rely on good food,
friendly hospitality and lively après ski, all organised for
our own guests and under our direct control, so you never
play second fiddle to other guests, adults or families. There
are no language problems but we work to preserve the identity
of the host country which helps the atmosphere and the educational
content. We also invest in our hotels every year to keep them
up to scratch. We are sure you will find that Equity-run hotels
are better than any club type hotels you may have sampled
in the past.
Great value
All our Equity-run hotels are costed specifically for this
brochure and we can pass on considerable savings.
Low bar prices
You will find that our prices in resort are lower than average.
We buy supplies in bulk to keep our costs down and that means
your spending money goes further.
Lively après ski
We have plenty of Equity staff in our hotels to organise a
lively après ski programme in which of course you can participate
or not, as you please. You will find our friendly hotel staff
continue the philosophy with which you will already be familiar
from our office staff. They are friendly, outgoing, helpful
and have one aim - to make this your best ski course ever.
Great food
.....not only in quantity but in quality as well. Enjoyable
meals are a very important part of the whole residential experience
for school parties so we take particular care with the food.
Our chefs are flexible and can cater for special requirements.
They know exactly how to feed picky British school children
without resorting daily to the ubiquitous chicken and chips.
These days, if not actually adventurous, children are much
more familiar with foreign food, and it is part and parcel
of the ski course to experience different types of food. First
thing, before a hard day's skiing, there's a substantial buffet
breakfast with cereal, cold meats and cheese, as well as the
usual rolls and jam. To drink, there's juice, coffee, tea
and chocolate. Lunch is either a buffet, or 2 generous plates,
perhaps soup or pasta with dessert, cheese or fruit, and in
the evening there are 3 good courses.
Teamwork
Our teams immediately strike up a friendly rapport with party
leaders and children. Our staff work together to provide a
happy home-from-home atmosphere in which the children will
be comfortable and welcome. Obviously, like any other hotel,
we require good behaviour, but informality and friendliness
rule, and in Equity-run hotels the children come first. If
you have experienced the problem of bigger spending adult
guests being treated better than your school party you will
know the value of this policy. You can be sure of the unstinting
efforts of our whole staff to make this your best school ski
course ever.
