2 Centre Theme Park Tours
Many of you have asked about combining visits to two different theme parks on your tour. We would suggest the following:
- 4 days by coach to Parc Asterix & Disneyland® Resort
- 5 days by coach to Parc Asterix & Futuroscope
Opening Times
The park is open from early April to August, with limited opening between September & November. It is closed during some Mondays & Thursdays in May & June.
Park Accommodation
All our tours to Parc Astérix are based on Première Classe hotels on the outskirts of Paris. This also includes two centre theme park tours to Disneyland Paris & Parc Asterix.
Entrance Tickets
Supplements may apply to Parc Asterix entrance tickets during weekends, national holidays and peak season.
Note. Entrance to Disneyland Theme park at school group rates is subject to availability in our two centre theme park tours.
Parc Asterix France
This park is dedicated to Asterix, the greatest Gaul of all times! The Tonnerre de Zeus roller coaster and the Trans Demonium are just some of the many rides on offer. You can explore the worlds of ancient Greece and Rome, visit medieval Gaul villages and walk down the Rue de Paris.
For 2008 there will be a new attraction! Shows full of excitement and colour run continuously throughout the day. Pupils can learn ancient crafts in the medieval village and get a feel for life in the "olden days".
Sample Itinerary - FRANCE
Day 1
Depart school by touring coach for a morning Dover-Calais ferry crossing (exact timings depend on your location). Continue to your hotel. Travelling time Calais to resort: 4 hours approx.
Day 2
Full day in Parc Asterix (weekday entrance included – supplement for weekends, national holidays and peak season).
Days 3
Travel to Calais for return journey. Optional stop at Hypermarket time permitting.
Day 1 (Two Centre Theme Park Tours)
Depart school by coach for a morning Dover-Calais ferry crossing. Continue to your hotel. Travelling time Calais to resort: 4 hrs approx. Day 2
Full day in Disneyland® Resort Paris Theme Park.
Days 3
Full day in Parc Asterix (weekday entrance included - supplement for weekends, national holidays and peak season).
Days 4
Travel to Calais for return journey. Optional stop at Hypermarket time permitting.
Extra Day
Extra days can be arranged to allow for a sightseeing day in Paris or an extra day in the Theme Parks. Entrance to the Parks is not included in the extra day price!
