School Tours by Coach

There is little doubt that for value and convenience, coach travel still provides the most cost effective means of transporting your group from your school to your destination.

All coach prices are based on 35 full paying members per single deck coach (40 for day trips), and 60 full paying members per double deck coach. For large size coaches, our coach tours are based on 49 seat single deck coaches. Larger coaches may be available but these can be at a supplementary charge. In addition to what's included in our all our tours, coach tours also include:

• Coach from school back to school.
• Full excursion programme.
• Return ferry.
• All road tolls, local taxes and driver gratuity.
• 1:8 Free supervisory place.

Your coach will be a modern, well serviced and clean vehicle for comfort and safety. For short distance tours we supply standard coaches and for longer distances executive coaches. These are equipped with DVD/ video, reclining seats, drinks machine and WC (these are provided free for all tours involving overnight continental travel). Please Note: that coach WC's are for emergency use only, there will be frequent comfort stops en route.

All coach drivers are fully aware of their responsibilities and of the special nature of school travel. There will always be two drivers for an overnight journey and all our tours operate within the current regulations relating to driver's hours.

It is important to note for Coach Tours that:

• Air Conditioned coaches are available on request, at a supplement of £1.50 per paying person, per day.
• Meals en-route are not included. Journey times differ, but you will usually arrive at your hotel in the afternoon of day 2. Evening meal on day 2 is your first inclusive meal.
