How to book

Contact us for a chat. We are always happy to discuss your requirements and provide a clear quote. You can choose one of the many popular tours from this brochure or we can tailor-make an itinerary to fit your requirements.

Make a provisional booking. After checking availability for you, we can hold your reservation with absolutely no obligation for at least two weeks whilst you collect first deposits of the following amounts per paying person:

• £35 for all coach tours
• £15 for day trips
• £75 for air tours
• £100 for worldwide tours

Confirm your booking. After we receive your 2008 / 2009 Confirmation Booking Form and first deposits we confirm your booking and send you everything you will need. Second deposits of £65 for coach tours, £75 for air tours and £100 for worldwide tours per paying person are payable 8 weeks after the first deposits. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.

Final details. Your tickets and itinerary are sent approximately 3 weeks before departure providing the final balance has been paid. We are on hand throughout to make sure everything goes smoothly and to answer any questions you may have.
