Chalet Hosts
France and Austria
Running an Equity Chalet you will be responsible for the daily cooking,
cleaning, and general maintenance of the Chalet. You will provide breakfast
on a daily basis, afternoon tea and cook a delicious 3 course dinner
(within set budgets) in the evening.
Chalet hosting positions are ideal ski jobs for
couples or friends wanting to work together.
The key roles for our Chalet hosts are:
- Implementing attractive and imaginative menus
with vegetarian options.
- Controlling food budgeting and purchasing.
- Day to day housekeeping and basic maintenance
of the chalet.
- Sharing the Representatives role (duties as
listed under 'Resort Representative)
What we look for in our Chalet Staff:
- Previous experience in either a ski chalet,
ski hotel or restaurant environment.
- The ability to cook appetising meals for up
to 25 guests.
- A good working knowledge of French or German
would be an advantage (but not essential).
- Lively characters wanting to provide a great
holiday to our clients.
