Peak Season Ski Rep
February half term and Easter only
France, Austria, North America and Italy
February half term and Easter are the busiest
weeks in most ski resort as the number of school groups significantly
increases! As such, Equity look for Peak Season Reps to accompany
school groups on their ski trips over these busy periods. You will
provide a comprehensive resort representative service to school groups,
ensuring their in-resort service, quality and satisfaction on behalf
of Equity Ski.
Your key roles as a Peak Season Rep are:
- Gain knowledge of the resort and procedures
in a short period of time.
- Ensure all pre-booked services including
ski hire, ski school and lift passes are coordinated between the
suppliers and the Party Leader & school group.
- Provide and participate in a varied apres-ski
programme.
- Be available to help with queries or requests
from school groups
- Be proactive in dealing with situations
that may arise and provide detailed reports of any resort incidents
to the Overseas Managers and/or the UK office.
- Represent a positive image of the Company
at all times.
- Depending on bookings the above also applies
to adult groups
What we look for in a Peak Season Rep:
- The ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues and
suppliers.
- Good organisational skills.
- Mature and sensible attitude.
- French, German or Italian would be an advantage.
What you can look for in Equity:
- Return transport from a UK departure point to resort.
- A full briefing from the Overseas Manager or Full Season Resort
Rep on arrival in resort.
- Equity Ski uniform including Ski Jacket and Fleece
- Full board accommodation.
- SKI FOR FREE - A lift pass & ski equipment for the duration
of your stay in resort.
- Non skiers can join in with ski school (other duties allowing)
- Support from the Overseas Management Team and UK office.
- Full Insurance
- Weekly salary. Paid on successful completion of the weeks repping.
