Maintenance Person
In this role, you will be responsible for the general upkeep
of all our ClubHotels. You will be based in one of our Equity run
hotels but may be expected to travel between properties to help with
bigger properties when necessary. You should have some experience either
as a handyman or in a related position and be able to cope with electrical,
plumbing and decorative work. Flexibility is essential, especially on
change over day where you may be expected to work in other areas of
the hotels.
Your specific duties will include:
- Routine maintenance and repairs around the
hotels.
- Snow and ice clearing when necessary.
- Checking the consumption and level of fuel
oil.
- Bed and laundry moving.
- Helping with cleaning on changeover day.
- Driving duties.
What we look for in a Maintenance Person:
- Background in maintenance, electrics, plumbing
etc.
- Full clean driving licence.
- The ability to work independently and as part
of a team.
- A knowledge of French would be an advantage
