This ski job combines 2 roles, rotated on a weekly basis.

As a Kitchen Porter you are responsible for the washing-up of all plates, cutlery, pans etc. and for the cleaning of the kitchen areas as well assisting with food preparation.

As a Night Porter you are responsible for the security of the hotel and for setting up the dining room for breakfast, cleaning duties and other jobs around the hotel, working through the night. On changeover day, you will help with the cleaning and laundry. You may also be asked to help with snow clearing or service in the dining room.
