Resort Representative
France, Austria and Italy
As a Resort Representative you will be responsible for looking after
the needs of our clients each week, ensuring their holiday is as enjoyable
and smooth running as possible.
Your key roles as Resort Rep are:
- Liaising with suppliers in resort ie. ski
school, lift office, doctor etc.
- Organising the provision of ski services and
ensuring they are up to standard.
- Attending the weekly airport day.
- Showing clients the ski resort and ski area
Organising and running an entertainments or activities programme.
- Working as a translator and dealing with emergencies.
- The accurate and punctual completion of all
company paperwork.
What we look for in a Resort Rep:
- Fluent in either Italian, French or German.
- The ability to communiacte well with clients,
colleagues and suppliers.
- Good organisational skills.
- The ability to manage your time effectively
